Days on horses and play.

5-12 yr olds can come for one week or the whole summer. Ride, Care for horses, learn horsemanship skills, do crafts, games and farm chores as well.

Kids thrive in the responsibilities of both looking after the land and the horses. Experiencing the horses on all the levels it takes to keep one, as well as learning to ride and play with them safely.

Kids that talk a lot often quiet down around horses, kids that rarely talk often speak more around horses. Horses have a way of bringing balance to our kids' lives.

This is a safe, fully insured environment for children to explore their fascination with these beautiful animals.

If your child doesn’t want to ride there are plenty of other options for their day depending on the theme of the camp.

From outdoor skills, Wild edible plants, felting, exploring, water play and more.

Little Dipper summer camps 2021

My daughters attended 4legadventures summer camp and I can’t tell you how amazing it was for them.  They chipped in on farm chores, learned to take care of animals and got to ride Julietta's gentle horses.  My youngest was afraid but Julietta's patience, knowledge, and skill helped her to not only ride but trot.  Every-time my children are involved with 4legadventures, I see their confidence soar and their hearts more at peace.  I highly recommend her programs for children and adults alike!

What a joy it was to watch my 5 year old daughter, who not long ago was timid and scared around horses, ride back to the barn with a giant smile on her face after her riding lesson with 4legadventures.  She was riding bareback and she was completely at ease!  Julietta's knowledge as well as her deep love and respect for both horses and children make her a wonderful mentor.  I highly recommend the children's programs offered by 4legadventures."

My 5 year old daughter loves horses and I’ve watched her confidence and skills blossom under Julietta’s experienced, warm teaching style. I love seeing her lead a huge horse or trot with no hands with all the ease in the world!
