Service Description

This intermediate level class will be held Tuesdays at 4pm starting August 22nd, and ending December 12th. This is a children's group lesson. ~~~ This is for children who are ready to focus more deeply on their horsemanship. They will learn horse care skills, some groundwork, and English riding skills. They will learn about intention, direction, and command as well as the necessary physical techniques to work with and guide a horse on the trail, in the arena and through and over obstacles. Children in this lesson will walk, trot, canter, and jump. ~~~ Lessons will NOT be held on school breaks or vacation days. Weather permitting, lesson dates for this session are Tuesdays at 4pm. Scroll down for the full list of dates. Lessons will be canceled if weather makes riding conditions dangerous or uncomfortable for the horses. This listing is for a semester of classes, not a specific number of lessons, and no refunds will be provided for lesson cancelations due to weather. Minimum 2 sign ups for this session required for the class to move ahead. You will be offered another day and time slot if sign up requirements are not met.
